Is my cpu bottlenecking my gpu?

Hello people, the title is very self explanatory
I have an msi gaming edition gtx 780ti gpu and a 8320 amd cpu.
2x4GB ram and 600w PSU

Run HWinfo and check if the CPU usage (or any core) was at 100%. Then check to see if the GPU was able to hit 100% usage. http://www.hwinfo.com/
If your FX-8320 isn't OC'ed, it may be marginal for that much GPU.

If your GPU can manage 99% usage while the CPU is below that, there should be no bottleneck.
