Is my CPU bottlenecking my Pc?

Hey guys, I'm having some issues with my current build while gaming:

- MB: AsRock 880GM-LE
- CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750ti
- PSU: Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 500w
- 4Gb Ram

While playing DA: Inquisition I hardly get 30-50 fps in low settings, with constant drops to 10, in Watch_Dogs I get 40-50 fps in medium settings and with GTA V 30-60 fps in low settings.

As far as I know I should be getting a better perfomance so, Is my CPU bottlenecking my Pc?

The lack of RAM may also be an issue so the first thing to do is establish if there's a bottleneck and where it may be.

If you Alt+Tab out of a game and open Task Manager, you can ascertain if the CPU or RAM is a bottleneck by checking their usage. If the CPU is at 100% or the available RAM is close to zero, then you have a bottleneck.

If you download and install MSI Afterburner you can use that to check GPU usage. Again, if it's close to 100% you have a bottleneck, but you could solve this by simply lowering or disabling some advanced graphical options.

Not much ram.. And you have a low-medium gpu.. You need to fix this for more fps.
