Is my CPU bottlenecking my pc?

CPU: i7 950
GPU: AMD R9 380x
RAM: 16gb
Motherboard: gigabyte ux58-ud7

Depends on the game, and desired framerate. I'd monitor your GPU utilization and see for yourself. If and when it drops significantly below 100%, your CPU isn't feeding it fast enough.
