[SOLVED] is my cpu clock speed at normal speed?

Hi guys, I want to ask something. Is my clock speed CPU normal? The clock speed is at 4189 MHz, I'm afraid that was a overclock speed, because I just downloaded a MSI dragon center. I think it was a tool for overclocking , then to avoid damage at my CPU, I considered for remove this MSI Dragon Center. So is it safe for my CPU at speed is at 4189 MHz? I'm afraid that makes my CPU damaged or unhealthy. Thankyou
