[SOLVED] Is my CPU cooler facing the right way?

As you can see in the photo I posted, the fan is facing the bottom of the case, but there is an arrow that is pointed to the back of the case. Is that arrow pointing where the air will flow through, or the direction that the fans are spinning?

That arrow is for fan rotation not cooler orientation. I'd say that cooler needs to be turned 90° so the fan is pushing towards the rear exhaust, right now its pulling hot air from the gpu which is not ideal.

Turn it so the fan is above the RAM. It's inefficient the way you have it now.
