I recently changed my cpu cooler, and when I went to power up my system, the fans ramp up then down but still run(like normal) but I have no display and my keyboard and mouse do not light up, when I was unplugging certain things I noticed my ethernet port was lighting up and flashing... I have my displays plugged into my graphics card and mobo. Any tips to help me? Is my cpu dead?
