Is my CPU fan backwards?

I meant a picture that actually shows something.

Well glad you sent a pic link as that was not what I pictured....though it still looks correct. You can double check your fans direction but usually sticker side is intake and the other is outtake. In this case you CPU fan is blowing onto you heat sink, check. You case fan is expelling heat from case, check. You're all good!

As always, the manufacturer's instructions should be read and followed. Can't tell ya how many Corsair CLCs I have seen where the users installed the fans, contrary to the written instructions because a) they weren't read and b) they learned in 8th grade earth science that heat rises. And yes, it still does but that effect is insignificant next to cooling with fresh cool air versus preheated interior air.

i put a napkin on top of the fan, its pushing it away. and my cpu is overheating. Almost 105c under load

CLC's have pretty much zero to do with this particular installation.

Which fan...the one on the CPU?
Obviously, 105C is way too hot.

The fan is blowing away from the heatsink tho

That's why i said double check your fan directions. If true then your fan needs to be flipped. There should be an arrow on at least one out side edge of your fan indicating airflow...should be at least. Find this arrow if you can because fans still blow some air the opposite direction near the edges sometimes though most air goes the other direction in my experience. Point being a napkin or hand is not the best indicator. Some folks even use fog machines to check case airflow.
