Is my CPU fan dying?

Lately, every 2 weeks; my CPU fan randomly gets extremely loud. Blowing out my computer with an air duster seems to temporarily fix the problem. But is my CPU fan dying? Should I buy another one?

sounds like the bearing is failing.
You can try put a little oil or q20 in it.

But yea, prepare to buy a new one.
