I have a i5-4670 with stock cooler, and recently it always had blue screens, at the same time my GPU is faulty (I think all the blue screens are caused by the GPU). Last night, I removed the GPU and used Intel hd graphics, and used prime95 to stress test and see is it fine too. This morning, after 6 hrs and 15 mins, 0 warnings and 0 fails, but the max. temp recorded (CPUID HWmonitor) is 100 °C on all 4 cores. So is it fine ?

P.S. the pc is running in an air conditioned room at 26 °C

Solution
You hit your thermal ceiling at that point and it was likely throttling down the cores to keep from overheating.
This is a good read on temp control and whatnot for intel cpu's.

Tho I'd recommend avoiding Coretemp, just tried downloading it a couple weeks ago and my AV went nuts on it and it loaded a bunch of crapware on to a test system. Something to keep in mind since you're using a Haswell CPU is which version of Prime95 you're using and which tests. You want to be using v26.6 and the Small FFT test to get accurate measurements.

If you're hitting 100c, your getting too hot. First thing to do is try repplying the thermal compound and reseating the heatsink...

That's hot, I'd suggest reapplying thermal paste.

Could you list your BSOD'S? Maybe we can get you fixed!

Check out this article for more than you ever wanted to know on compound and how to apply it.
