Is my cpu fried ???!!

Hey , i got this i5 7400 and msi h110m pro vh plus and after updating the bios and re applying the proci on mobo , my pc kept turning on and off, and when i opened to see what is up i saw bent pins and discoloration on my cpu back , please help me , i saved a lot for this

that looks worse then bented.. if there were like 2-3 pins bented then you could have with a needle but this dont know what to say...
what you did by the way i dont understand this could happen becouse if bios? update?

They're probably both garbage now. Somehow you at least fried the CPU, it's likely the mobo friend up too

That looks pretty bad.
The motherboard is bent. The CPU "may" be fried.
Do NOT turn it on again until you (or someone else) tries to bend the motherboard pins back to their proper orientation.

In the right hands, it is maybe fixable.
This was one of my systems a few months ago:
Before - No boot

After - boot success

what i think is the cpu might work there are still chance that it will boot
the decolorisation of cpu can be becouse of fried MB
