Hello,
i have
r5 1600 AF
asus prime b450m-a

I want to buy a m.2 ssd but idk if this would affect my gpu like do m.2 share pcie lans with gpu so if i got it installed it would make my gpu run at x8 not x16 ?

All Ryzen CPU's have 16 lanes available for a discrete GPU and 4 lanes available for a dedicated NVME (M.2 SSD). Earlier Ryzen APU's would provide 8 lanes to the internal GPU leaving only 8 lanes to service a discrete GPU. An R5 1600 lacks any internal GPU so is a CPU.

How those 20 lanes are actually used is up to the motherboard. The great majority of consumer boards use it as intended (above) but some can split out 8 of the GPU's lanes to (for instance) a second NVME. But that requires PCIe switches on the motherboard which are pretty costly so not likely to be found on a low-end Asus PRIME motherboard.
