is my cpu+gpu and ram is better than ps4's apu?

hello i know its an old question but i wanna judge that if my custom decent gaming rig can beat ps4 system or not
my pc got
1. i3 2120@3.3 ghz ( cores 2 threads 4 HT enabled )
2. Dual channel 2x4 gb total 8 gb twinmos 1333 mhz ram
3. Sapphire Dual X R9 270 OC 2GB DDR5 ( 14.12 omega for windows 7 ultimate x64)
4.Asus P8 H61 MLX 3 r2.0
5.Thermaltake litepower 550w Black edition.
6. Samsung 1 tb hdd
So in any way can my cpu+gpu outperforms ps4 lower clocked apu or not

your specs cant beat ps4

if your planning to buy hardware thn replace CPU with FX6300 and GPU with r9 270x to get almost equal performance of ps4

The GPU itself already beats PS4's APU far away IMO.
Not sure about the CPU itself.

my pc beats ac unity of ps4 i can play ac unity at 35+ fps sometims 66fps on very high and high mixed settings at 1366 res but on the other hand ps4 only gets 28 to 30 fps only at lower textures and all the latest games at ultra at 60 fps maximum whn ps4 only get 30 fps max

ps4 only gets 28 to 30 fps

The reason why PS4 and various consoles only get 30 FPS maximum are because their FPS are locked in all games.
