Is my CPU Hot?

I might just be looking to much into this so this is my First build so I did a I7 6700 on a ASUS Saber Tooth Board with 16gigs ram and i use a corsair h60 water cooler. Im not sure which temp i should be worried about. I run Speedfan and core temp and both read the same for CPU and CORE so.... When i play a game like Bioshock which is not to demanding my CPU gets to about 40C my Core Temps which im more wondering about goes up and down between 70 and 80c and sometimes up tp 85c but it doesn't stay there. Now when i run a stress test for 30 mins my CPU stays at 65c while my Core maxes out at 100c. Is this Normal? or am i being over paranoid?

your cpu temp is fine, but your core temp seems to be a bit high if I'm not mistaken, espically for a water cooler

Thats What i was thinking I just don't know the difference between either temps to make a judgement or if i have a faulty processor.

Remount the cooler.
The culprit with AIOs when it comes to unusually high temps is almost always a slightly off mounting method or incorrect installation, ensure the backplate is on the right way, and that the screws are evenly tightened.
