when i play fortnite my cpu usage is 100% and gpu is 50%

Thats not bottlenecking.
That's how it's supposed to work if you're running on unlimited fps at lower settings/resolution (which I'm absolutely assuming you are given that result)

Bottlenecking = most misused/misunderstood term EVER.

but i also capped my fps at 60 ..cpu 80-90 gpu 30-35
