Ok so today i redid the cable management in my pc and replaced the thermal paste and when i started the pc the first time it shut down,the second time it was fine but i noticed the sound of my cooler going up ,i opened task manager,cpu-z and hw monitor and the temperature,voltage and core clocks were going up and down nonstop.
I dont know if this is normal,i tried to search for this on the internet but I didn't find anything.
thermal paste applied:arctic silver 5
cpu:I3-7100 stock cooler
motherboard:ASRock H270 Pro4
ram:8 gb dual channel ddr4
graphics card:gtx 1050 Ti
power supply:segotep gp600g
