Is my CPU overheated? Can I pull it up to 4.4GHz?

I recently overclocked my CPU to 4.2GHz. The first thing I ever did was running a torture text with P95. This is what the temperatures got to: http://gyazo.com/b061a2870e0e151b8e7bec024d5a135c (HWMonitor was the first thing I opened up on this boot) You can see the max temperatures the socket went to. But the CPU didn't go higher than 54 degrees.
Is that too high or can I overclock to 4.3 or 4.4GHz? Overclocked via BIOS.

Forgot something, I did a benchmark test with Heaven Benchmark 4.0 and got the avarage of 30fps (most of the time it was 28-30 fps). But should I go ahead and OC it to 4.4GHz? (maybe 4.3 then turn to 4.4 if it works fine). The noise ain't too much different. It was a bit noisy in the beginning when I booted, don't know if it was just that time because it was the first time since the overclock.
Forgot to mention I got a Hyper TX3 too. And right now my CPU is around 26-30 degrees (It's actually a hell of a surprise for me because I changed my power supply some days ago. From the Codegen 600W which was just CRAP (Even if I used it for almost 2 years))

So should I take the chance and OC it to 4.4?
