Okay so I have just built a new computer, and I finally got all my parts in. My pc works but after playing a game for about 30 minutes my pc freezes, screen goes black and my sound breaks. I cant get out of this, I can only reset my pc

So I have downloaded coretemp and GPU-Z to test my temps, and this is the result: http://puu.sh/nJUWd/ba180c1acb.png and about 40.0C for my GPU.

This is also about 10 minutes into playing TF2.

I am using a stock cpu fan and here are my specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 6M Skylake Quad-Core 3.2 GHz
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-B150M-D3H-GSM
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4
GPU: ASUS GTX 750TI OC
HDD: WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM
PSU: Insignia™ - 520W ATX

Solution
hell yes, its overheating too much. actually the max temp for cpu should b below 65 degrees in the hottest season of the year. u should do something bout it as early as possible.
1. try applying thermal paste in between the cpu and cpu cooler.
2. if it still overheats, then order a new decent cpu cooler, by considering the cpu cooler height ur cabinet supports. If u r on budget, i wil recommend the 212 evo from cooler master or if u can add a little more then there is deepcool neptwin v2. it is jst a little more costly than the 212 evo, but packs a real punch...
gpu temp is good, even if it reaches 65 degrees, no worries there...
gud luck...

Your core temperatures aren't maxed out, but yes, I would be concerned that they're too high. In general, I don't like my CPU temperatures to get much over 65C. One way to test this is to leave your case open and position a house fan to blow air into it. If your computer stops freezing up, then you need to provide a better cooling solution.

Assuming you're not overclocking anything, it sure looks that the CPU is overheating. Those CPU temps are awfully high even for the stock fan.

I would suggest checking the temps after reseating the heat sink (with new thermal paste, of course). If that doesn't do much good, then you might want to opt for an aftermarket cooler.

Yes im using a stock cooler, I took of the side of the case and running tf2 again with coretemp. Someone over at reddit also said to remount the cpu cooler but push down the pins cross? so I did that and going to test it out

Solution
I bought the PSU at my bestbuy store in canada. The cpu cooler however, I pushed the pins in a diagonal fashion this time and the temps are MUCH lower, they are at most 45C now. I have been noticing no crashes. That seemed to fix the heat issue and crash issue, thanks for the help guys.
