[SOLVED] Is my CPU powerful enough for my GPU?

I am about to get a new graphics card (Nvidia GTX 1660 Super) And don't know if my CPU is powerful enough to pair with the graphics card. The processor I currently have is a AMD Ryzen 3 2300x. Should I get a new processor or will that work with the graphics card I'm getting?

It is a bit just CPU. In some games you will surely have a bottleneck but not excessive.

Since you already have this CPU, it is best to verify it with the games you actually use.

it will work, but, at only quad core/quad thread, many are not entirely satisfied with delivered minimum FPS (as measured in .1/1% lows) in many games that work well with 6-16 threads... (If you could find an R5-2600/2600X on sale, or better yet a 3600!), it'd be a virtual gaming nirvana experience, but, perhaps if playing at 1080P/60Hz, you could decide yourself if fraem rates are sufficient for the games you play)
