[SOLVED] Is my CPU supposed to be hotter than my GPU?

My specs:
GPU: RX580 series 8gb
CPU: AMD R5 5600x 6 cores
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL16 DIMM, Black (CMW32GX4M2E3200C16)
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 850 GA, 80 Plus Gold 850W, Fully Modular, Eco Mode, 10 Year Warranty, Includes Power ON Self Tester, Compact 150mm Size, Power Supply 220-GA-0850-X1
AIO cooler or CPU cooler: Lian Li Gahalad 360
Pc Fans cooler: 2x Lian li SL140

My AIO cooler is always at 3000RPM, which i think that's the default. Haven't touch any settings or change the speed of it.
 
Solution
It depends. Which is hotter Stove top A or Stovetop B, it depends.

Some things require more CPU and some things require more GPU. These temps will vary up and down.
