Question Is my cpu temperature normal

Hi, ive bought a new pc with ryzen 1600x and wraith max cooler, also my case has 2 120mm fans. When idle bios shows that cpu temp is around 60c. Havent installed os yet. Are these temperatures ok, and what are standart temps of my cpu?

It's kinda high but temps in BIOS itself are not relevant. You won't know exactly until it's put under load.
