Question Is my cpu underperforming?

Hi,

So i have a pretty new gaming pc. With a asus 360 plus motherboard i58400 cpu en gtx 1660ti armor oc gpu. But when i play games and compare them to others online i often get way less fps then others. And if i put benchmarks on my screen with msi afterburner i often see that my cpu is reaching much higher % then the people online. Is there any way to test this. and if you need some benchmarks pls let me know.

nope just started my pc, nothing automatically starts up with booting my pc. Just the stuff that was needed to benchmark. assassins creed is a cpu heavy game that i know. but if u look on youtube with people with the i5 8400 and gtx 1660ti they run the game with higher fps on much higher settings
