Is my CPU upgradable?

Hi folks! I have a question. My laptop is:

HP ENVY 17-k206na
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-5500U (3.0 GHz Turbo, 4M)
VGA: nVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M 4 GB DDR3 dedicated
RAM: 16GB DDR3L 1600MHz (2x8GB)
HDD: 1TB 5400RPM+8GB FLASH hybrid SSHD

So, I basicly wanted to ask you, is my CPU upgradable? Can I upgrade it to some better proccesor, and which one you can suggest me? (I'm mainly working with 3D stuff in programs like Cinema4d, 3ds max, etc.).

laptop motherboards have a highly integrated complexity. it should been broken down totally and even then it can turn out that the cpu is soldered to the motherboard then you are shot and even lost your warranty and maybe the laptop would be bricked even if a highly experienced EE done the process. If it's just fitted into the socet then yes an experienced person could maybe do it, but evne then the best is the 5650u which is not a huge upgrade from what you already have. but in my opinion it's not worth to try 😀
