IS my current reformed system good ?

Hi all, would like to thanks this community for assisting me for my past two threads regardless im new.
However after upgrading my a new GPU and PSU, I find my system has no differences at all.
And while playing Tera or so i find the fps jumps like heartbeat monitor.

Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3450 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10GHz
Mainboard : Asus P8b75 m LE
Video card : Currently Palit Nvidia GTX560SE
Hard Disk : Toshiba (1TB)
DVD - Samsung
Physical Memory : 8gb
Power supply : RS550w Cougar

replaced GTX560 SE with R9 290 Trix 4gb

replaced PSU with seasonic g750w Gold +

Please advise

Do i have to upgrade my motherboard ? if yes what are the recommended board and intel chips please advise. Im sort of sick that i spend money but didnt see any effects
