Is my disk drive corrupt?

Basically on task manager my drive goes up to 100% and my computer starts locking up and lagging.

Things i did

-Stopped superfetch
-stopped windows search

I EVEN RESET MY WHOLE PC AND IT STILL GO's UP TO 100%
