Is my disk drive corrupt?

Basically on task manager my drive goes up to 100% and my computer starts locking up and lagging.

Things i did

-Stopped superfetch
-stopped windows search

I EVEN RESET MY WHOLE PC AND IT STILL GO's UP TO 100%

post the drives SMART output for us but yes, it sounds like the drive is experiencing failed clusters and attempting to recover them.
CyrstalDiskinfo, Smartmontools, disckcheckup, hdtune, defraggler, speccy,speedfan,spinrite... all can read the drives SMART and most, if not all, are free

Thanks so much for the answer but i just dont know anymore. I checked it in crystal says its in good condition and i used diskcheckup and it says everything is okay. This is really frustrating considering im only 14 years old and might have to save up more money to buy another drive. Is there anything else i can do? It drops to like 1% then just rises to 100 or it just goes right too 100%. I even disabled everything that not Microsoft and disabled like every startup program.
