Is my Display Broken?

I would like some help with my new build 😀,

I just finished a new a build (including monitor) and for some reason I keep seeing weird visuals when I watch movies. It doesn't happen in games, only in Videos. Any Help would be Appreciated. A picture is included ( https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw-6k69CoHr_RXA5RkpiRWF4Qm8/view )

Why are you bumping, nothing looks wrong, just compression from a movie. You provide 1 screen shot, can't diagnose that much off that.
