Hello,

Today the computer got stuck twice with the scream smear like. Last time it happened one of my drives collapsed.
I used a program to check out the drives on it ( I have 2), it says one is in good condition, this is the info about the other one:

Is it really the drive?
I'm not sure because the keyboard drivers troubled me recently.

Thank you

Solution
I shred drives for that very failure. If a drive registers a yellow Current Pending Sector Count or a yellow Reallocated Sector Count, they very often won't even make it thru a 3-pass wipe meaning we physically destroy them. The drive is compromised in a way that is unrecoverable and should be copied and taken out of use.
