Is my Ethernet port fried?

Last night I was using my computer just fine and the internet was working, I left my computer on sleep and went to bed. I woke up this morning to find that my computer wasn't detecting any ethernet port connections. I have tried:

Restarting my computer
Verifying if the network cable is working
Verifying if the router is working properly
Checking my BIOS to see if LAN is enabled, which it is
I have also uninstalled my Realtek PCIe drivers and have had windows reinstall them for me.

There are also no lights flashing from the ethernet port from my computer. I think my port is fried (somehow??) but is there any more methods I can try to fix my problem?

Wtf I unplugged everything from my desktop and went to the bathroom. Came back and replugged everything and it started working. Computers are weird.
