Is my F4 drive Seagate or Samsung?

Does anyone know when the manufacturing process changed hands?
Current pics on Newegg clearly show the Seagate name.
I have the F4, made in Korea, 2011.01 and the F4, Made in China, 2011.10.
I purchased two more and they too are made in China with 2011.10 and the labels make no mention of Seagate.

F4 are Samsung design and are made in former Samsung production facilities that belong to Seagate now! So really they are Seagate!
