Is my fan placement ok?

Firstly, I'm looking for optimum positioning mainly for cooling my GPU, as I'll be upgrading to Liquid Cooling my CPU in the next week or so.

This image is my temps 20 minutes after playing Warframe, during playing my fans get loud, obviously, but CPU goes upwards of 50 - 60, my mobo gets to about 60 also, my GPU caps out at 70, but other games push it to 80 - 81.

I'm not exactly sure what should be happening with my storage but that hasn't really been a issue.

This image is the inside of my Corsair 400C, the two fans at the front are 140mm and the fan at the back is 120. The front are intakes and the back is obviously the exhaust, I've tested the airflow with an incense stick, there isn't any suction or blowing in any nook and cranny of my case so I'm certain the air is flowing the right direction.

Is there anything I can do or do I just have to wait for a colder day for my temps to drop?

You say that, but it's been roughly an hour since, CPU is at 50 right, GPU hasn't dropped from 57 and the mobo is 46...

Surely the fans would've at least started to have an effect now? Considering all I'm doing is browsing facebook on one tab and this website on another.

I already have a program that checks my temps... it's in the first screenshot, it's called Speccy.
