is my Fan setup correct?

All of your fans look to be blowing air our of the case with none sucking air in. Typically you want the front fans sucking air in including front mounted radiator fans and rear and top mounted fans blowing air out.

above is correct.

typically you want air pulled in from the front (to bring cool air in) and top/back fans pushing the hot air out.

also if you use radiator you always want the fans blowing out of the case (if possible as at times you may have no choice) as otherwise you are actually putting slightly warmer air back into the case.
