Is my first gaming pc build good?

Hey! my Budget for this PC is $600 (im 15)but i want this to be a modular PC.with that being said i want to know if i could run minecraft on high settings with this setup and if i could run Rust on medium setting? Also If you could tell me where i should spend a little more or a little less that would be great! Thank you for your help in advanced!

Pretty much those are the 2 main games i want to play because i have a ps4 for FPS games.

don't bother with such a low end gpu

run a amd apu build, its built in gpu is better than a 240 (it can run bf4 on med settings at 720p) and it allows you in the future to purchase a gpu if you so desire
