Is my ga-h77m-hd3 motherboard compatible with the i7-3770k/and non k version?

So I decided to replace my i5-3330 with a i7-3770k (or the non k version).

And I'm wondering if the CPUs are compatible with my ga-h77m-hd3 motherboard.

That's a nice upgrade m8. 3770k will work fine with h77 since all boards were shipped to support ivybridge. z68/p67 boards would need a bios update to support ivy.
