Is my gaming build good?

I have a 600-700 budget gaming build but I'm having trouble if it's a good build or not. I'm new to the whole PC thing so I can't seem to decide. Here's my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/8fvQyf

Where are you getting those prices? If they're US prices, they're not good at all.

You need a BETTER psu and you should skip the cooler and get a better gpu. The GTX950, R7 370, and RX460 are all better for a similar price.

I don't understand why the power supply is that bad. I tried the cooler to over clock the cpu to 4.0 GHZ.

That psu is unreliable. The CS series is one of Corsair's worse. You cannot overclock the i3 6100 and even if you could, you would not be able to tell the difference between 3.7ghz and 4.0ghz.

I would try to get a Seasonic S12II or M12II 430w or 520w. If not, I bet they have a Corsair CX450 or CX550. Those are fine. Avoid the older CX models though like the CX430, CX500, and CX600.

The build is ok. Seems expensive but will perform well for what it is.
