Is my gaming pc build going to be any good?

Looking to do my first semi serious build and was wondering if what I put together on pc part picker is worth buying, I know the water cooling is not necessary but I've wondered how it worked for a while now. If you have any better build ideas feel free for I am no master at this, looking to come in at around 750 max.

I'd 100% ditch the watercooler and get an SSD, also get a better PSU in case you want to upgrade. The CPU and GPU are fine

Unless money is no object, I wouldn't advise getting a water cooling setup if all you want to do is know 'how it works'. An SSD will make a far larger difference to the usability of the computer than water cooling, especially since this is not an overclocking build.

I have an ssd at home already, if no watercooler where could the money be better spent. Also I don't plan on overclocking or anything but will the cooler that comes in the box be enough?

Spend the money on a better graphics card, get the sapphire RX 480 and the 500W PSU

All right I swapped cards, if I put another 100 onto the build would it make a difference for anything on this build or would I scrap the idea? Also on a side note what's the advantage to running the sad with the normal hard drive I haven't hooked up both at once before.
