My build -
Mobo: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0

Ram: 1 Gskill ripjaws x series 8gb

CPU: AMD fx 8350,

GPU: 750ti nvidia zotac,

PSU: 450 watts Corsair VS,

HDD: WD 1TB,

cabinet: circle cc 820.

Should this build suffice for today's games?

Do you mean meeting minimum requirements and being able to play the games at all, even if it means low settings/resolution, possibly 30 fps? Yeah. If you're looking for 1080p/60 fps with high-ish settings, then not even close.

Do you already have all that stuff, or is this a planned build?

They should at least open, but close to lowest settings.
slowly think about upgrades in this order:
1. Get 1050 TI or 1060 if you have $
2. SSD 256GB and install OS on it
3. CPU/MBO/RAM to 8'th gen intel or ryzen (or what will come after ryzen)

Hmm yeah it's my current build, will be adding one more 8gb ram and a new cpu cooler for now, then in next few months probably add another gfx card i guess getting a new one would be too expensive

Adding another 8GB of RAM could help in some cases, but I wouldn't expect it to make a huge difference. A new cooler won't really make a difference to performance unless your CPU is experiencing thermal throttling with your current cooler. In theory a better cooler could mean a better overclock, but overclocking isn't a great idea with that mobo in the first place.

Do you mean you plan to get a 2nd 750 Ti? Because that won't work, you can't SLI 750 Tis and your mobo doesn't support SLI.

Cool so I'm adding the ram for sure and Well yeah Its facing heating issues and makes a lot of noise with the default cooler so I'm thinking of getting wraith cooler or something else for better performance. Well 1050 is a lil over budget right now and 1060 is way beyond my budget.
