I'm confused. For several days now, my PC has had a problem booting, as in actually turning on. When my PC boots everything works as expected. When I first press the power button, something clicks, and some internal lights come on. Then I have to press the power button several times until it actually starts booting. It may take three or four presses, and sometimes at least 13 or 14. If I power down, and then boot immediately afterward, it may boot with only one or two presses of the power button. I have a Seasonic Focus Plus 750w Power supply that I bought in October., and I haven't had any problems with booting until the past week and a half. Any help will be appreciated.

Try down clocking the ram a little and see if it helps.

Sorry for the late reply. A lot going on. I did turn off the XMP, and now it boots in 5 or 6 presses of the button instead of the 13 before. A different, possibly related issue, The AORUS 550B has a USB C port on the back. I've tried to hook a powered USB hub into it, and my PC wouldn't boot again, until I removed it. Since it's a powered hub, it shouldn't draw too much power from the port.

Please list full system specs. Include make and model of power supply. Add in if you have HDD. And how old is the system?
