[SOLVED] Is my GPU artifacting?

I just received a brand new 3070 gigabyte gpu and overall it works fine and plays my games well, but I've been seeing weird visual glitches in some of my games.

Things like this will happen:

But then I'll get in game or to a different screen and it'll be completely fine:

I've also seen it occur in other games like this:

And again after leaving that screen its completely fine:

I've already had to RMA the card once and I'm getting seriously frustrated with the process, I'm unsure if the card is artifacting or if it has another problem.

Where exactly did you see those artifacts?
I couldn't spot any in your screenshots.

Make a photo with your camera instead.

It turned out to be a visual glitch with the options in my monitor (gamma/digital vibrance/brightness) and your comment about not being able to see it actually helped me figure it out so thank you.
