Is my GPU being bottlenecked?

I just finished putting together my part list for my first gaming PC. Here it is: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/T9Kbqk

I was wondering if the GPU that I picked was going to be limited by my CPU or any other components. Also, please let me know if you have any suggestions or edits for my build, or if I'm missing anything. Finally, the case I picked has 2 USB ports. With the keyboard and mouse, that doesn't leave any for flash drives. Will a USB splitter work for a keyboard and mouse?

I want to stay around $1400 or lower. Again, this is my first build so I don't really know what to expect.

Thanks in advance for any help.

This build is a bit more but has a much better CPU & has a SSD. Also with the build you posted you wouldn't be able to overclock as you picked a locked motherboard.

OK, thanks for the help. Is there an advantage to picking the smaller Micro ATX motherboard? Also what's the point of the SSD, if most of my data will be on the HDD? Won't it only speed up what's on the SSD? I have no doubt you're right, I'm just wondering how it works.

How do you pick where to install the OS?

Cool. I think that's all I wanted to know. Thanks for all the help, I think I will go ahead and order the parts once Christmas comes around. Do you have any more advice before I buy?
