Question Is my GPU bottlenecking my CPU?

I recently upgraded my pc, changing the cpu and adding an ssd. When playing the witcher 3 msi afterburner says that my gpu is at around 85-99% load whilst my cpu hovers at around 30%. This seems a bit odd because my gpu is a 6gb 1060 and my cpu is an i7 4770k. Here is a benchmark test I ran: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/18773716 ...any idea why this might be?

You aren't supposed to max out your CPU usage that is usually the sign of a major bottleneck.

The only time you need to be worried about "bottlenecks" is when you're pairing a low end component with a high-end component. If you had a GTX 1060 and an Intel Celeron processor, then you should be concerned. With what you have? Nothing to worry about. If you being near 100% GPU usage bothers you, then either turn down the in game settings or spend $400+ on a better graphics card.
