[SOLVED] is my gpu dead? (video included)

hi there, so i have rx 580 8gb, it has worked only for like 1 month, and was in my closet for a while , its brand new used for 1 month and maybe kept in closet for like 7-8 months or more, so i decided to install it and build new rig, i used this card, i installed it it was working Perfectly yesterday, even furmark tests etc, now here is what happens :

So it works normally, then flashes a screen with a bunch of artifacting for a while then goes back to normal?

If it still boots into windows just fine I wouldn’t worry too much I’ve had a couple computers do that and run fine it’s just a weird glitch

well yes.. i tried it with different mobo / hardware, it started normally without any artifacts, when i tried to play one game, it showed a little bit artifacts on games background image but it was working normally, could it me hardware issue related to my mobo or my rig?

If its hardware its either unstable graphics driver or graphics OC, or just a dying card.
