Is my GPU dead?

Can somebody help me find out if my GPU is broken?

I bought a 1060 3gb ASUS second hand last summer and didn't use it that much since I mainly played Forza Horizon 3 which was extremely unstable and gave me bad fps. Today I tried installing it again to find out that everything works fine, but theres no signal from the card. All fans work and lights but no signal is detected.

Is the GPU dead or is there anyway to be sure?

Gigabyte B250M DS3H
Intel i5 7500
Nvidia GTX 1050 ti (1060 3gb)
16 GB 2133mhz Corsair Vengeance
600 W PSU
1 TB HDD and 128 GB SSD

I think the easiest way is to try it in another machine if one is available.
