Question Is my GPU dead?

I have an asus RX 470 mining. Haven't mined on it but when I turn on my pc there is no display output and the fans don't even spin up, but it posts and the led indicator on it works. Is it really dead ? Because I haven't overclocked it or did anything to it. It worked a few days ago.

Yeah that's the problem. I bought it open box but it was not used at all, no dust anywhere and with stickers on the clear ones and warranty ones.
