Is my GPU Dying?

Hey guys, I wanted to ask if my GPU is dying..
I have a AMD A10-6800K CPU
R9 270X GPU
16 GB Ram
550 W Corsair PSU
Mini Itx Mobo
Win 7 Ultimate SP1
23' FHD Monitor

I am constantly getting dead (white) flickering pixels on my screen. Games like Fortnite and Overwatch won't work because as soon as I load into the game the screen blacks out. However other games like CS GO and Team Fortress 2 work perfectly..

I just don't understand what's up. I've uninstalled the AMD drivers and once I do there is no more white pixels but as soon as I download the drivers again they come flooding back. I'm unsure if its the drivers, the GPU or both..

Yes could be the card going bad, check temps in the system to make sure it's not overheating during gaming. If you can, test the card in another system and see if issue follows the card.

I don't have another computer to test the card on unfortunately. The card definitely isn't overheating the temps are around 60 C.
