Question Is my GPU dying?

Today I decided to go on Just cause 3 for some fun. I realized what could've been impossible. My game was lagging. It never does that on Just cause 3. What would've been 1 month ago 60 fps has turned into 15 fps now. I thought, "why not some GTA V?" I got on GTA V. Again, I was blown away by how low my fps was. At this point i was scared. I was messaging my friends when my screen blinked black for like 5 seconds for no reason. I think my GPU might be dying. Is it true?

Specs :

Geforce GTX 1060 6gb
I7 3770k 3.5ghz 4 cores
1000watt psu
32 gb ddr3 ram 3400

check your nvidia drivers. sometime it also creates this problem if we dont install then as "clean installation" and this problem can only be solved by installing new Windows because of some saved internal files and registries. But I will recommend to test your GPU in some other suitable system for clarity instead of experiments

Can you check temps?

download hwinfo64,
install and open it,
check "sensors-only",
click "run".

also make a system partslist since i doubt that your ram runs at 3400mhz?

download hwinfo,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
in the main window at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "short text report",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons

Also what are the maker+model for the 1000watt psu?

You don't need to download hwinfo twice of course.;)
