Is my GPU dying?

For the past few months my PC has been having weird errors. In the middle of games I will have my screen full of vertical lines and my PC becomes unresponsive. This morning I turned it on and got a black screen with a single red pixel. Before I make a purchase for a new GPU I was wondering if it’s a GPU issue or possibly something else. Attached are a few instances of when I had these things happen.

Solution
hi sorry for late reply
DVI, I do not have another cable or monitor but I will give it a go with a diff cable, I haven’t considered repasting, I’ll give that a go.
Yesterday I removed the GPU and I was finally able to get images on my screen and my pc stopped crashing however whenever I boot up League of Legends or BF4 I get some type of screen glitch. Video here.

that looks like memory issues, could be related to the cabling as well, but yeah try all those steps where possible
How are you connected to the monitor?
Have you tried another cable?
Have you tried another monitor? Or another monitor using a different connection?
The gpu is getting a lil older, have you considered cleaning it and re-pasting it?
You could always lower the clock speed of the memory a small amount 50Mhz or so to bring down temps
