I have an MSI GTX 1650 Super Gaming X card, I owe this card since 2020, till now I had no major issue or no issue at all. I play rarely since became a father, but now I had some time and wanted to play some CoD with my colleagues but I noticed that I have some glitches, screen flashing during the game, it got better when I turned the shadows to minium but still have some flickering issue ingame. Now I also noticed that I have random black artifacts when I'm scrolling in Chrome or Swtiching between tabs. Since yesterday the card has some frequency boost issues, maximum frequency stuck at 1200MHz, normally its boosting up to 1890Mhz.

Specs:
B550M TUF, R5 5600 (stock speed), 2x8GB DDR4, 512gb SSD

what I tried -
Fresh windows 11
DDU, latest drivers
Cleaning, re-seating the card
Down clock, undervolt

Issues what I have:
Random artifacts, black squares around the screen (when scrolling, switching between tabs)
Artifacts around character models in games,
Flickering textures in game, shadows are flickering too or looking strange
Screen freezes for a second, gpu time goes up to 200ms in MSI afterburner
Strange buzzing noise under load (similar to coil whine)

All temps are normal, FPS is locked at 60Hz to match my screen refresh rate. I tried to lower the resolution, or downclock the card but no improvement.
Games what I tried : CoD MW2, Warzone 2.0 / Fallen Order / Conan Exiles / Apex Legends

Is my gpu dying? or the memory chips? Any idea what I check?
