Question Is my GPU dying?

Hi all,

My PC for quite some time now had been black screening (PC stays on) and the only way to remedy it is to shutdown the PC. As well as this, my GPU drivers (AMD adrenaline) have been timing out and I have been getting error codes 22 and 31. And I've noticed graphical glitches here and there (YouTube videos glitch and one side goes green, text disappears).

I've tried essentially everything to fix it. Used a different PSU, reinstalled windows and drivers, unplugged everything, disabled windows updates etc and nothing seems to have worked.
I'm now 100% suspecting it's the GPU, but thought I'd ask here first just incase anyways had something similar.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Specs are:
GPU: Radeon RX 5700 GAMING X
MOBO: MSI - B450M MORTAR MAX
CPU: AMD RYZEN 3600
PSU: Seasonic Focus Gold 550 RAM: RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE 2X8GB

If your facing graphical glitches on your GPU maybe try and see if gpu is overclocked or overheating and also recommend psu for your GPU is 600W

No overclocking and the temps are all ok as well.

I would try testing one ram at a time because black screens can be caruse by GPU ram or motherboard and such try ruling more things out. If you suspect GPU faulty then has it got warranty so you can RMA it.

I'm doing a memtest atm, so I'll try test them individually after that. And my warranty for it ran out at the start of the year bahaha
