Question Is my gpu dying?

first time i got this while installing a new game and second time while launching another game as for the third time happened while closing a game but before this everything freezes then for the first few seconds there is sound after few other seconds the monitor starts looking for signal and then goes to sleep

Without knowing anything about your system, it's anybody's guess. It could be as simple as software, a cable or monitor.
