Is my GPU failing?

Hi guys, my computer has been getting BSOD that has the error code MEMORY_MANAGEMENT,NON_PAGED_FAULT_IN_PAGED_AREA and CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION. I also have the less frequent blue screens that look like this:

Solution

If its PSU that won't prove it, since a GPU would draw more power and cause problems if it does turn out to be GPU.
Often there is an associated module. Usually a driver.

What kind of GPU do you have?

Nvidia driver files start with nv**** and AMD driver files start with ati****
If it isn't one of those then it isn't necessarily a GPU problem

Those are actually memory related faults

The driver responsible is ntoskrnl.exe and i dont see any ati in the dump file. I have a Sapphire HD 7850 2 GB.

Here's my specs:
CPU:Intel core i3 3220
GPU:Sapphire HD 7850 2 GB
PSU:Cooler Master Extreme 550w Psu
Mobo:MSI B75MA-P45
HD:WD Caviar Blue 500GB 7200 RPM

CPU Temps are: 33 Min and 51 Max degree Celcius.
GPU Temps are: 31 Min and 60 Max

What exact temps are those? GPU or CPU? We need ALL of them, including mobo.

Anyway, if your GPU is failing like that then it could either be PSU, the GPU or RAM/motherboard RAM slot.

Since you RAM memtest, start by reseating the your GPU and RAM. Test again.

Sorry if I seem a little bit lazy on my typing, I fractured my hand yesterday. I reseated my RAM and GPU a few days ago because I installed another stick of RAM.

Okay, so I ran Unique Heaven at 4x AA and AF at high settings. My max temp of my GPU is 62 and min is 38. My CPU is at 38 min and 53 max

Then perhaps its caused by something else? I have been noticing a pattern with the BSOD. They usually appear when I am idling.
